Richland Hill Complex Development

Richland Hill is a 12-acre new development community of mixed-use, luxury residential, commercial, and retail space.

Designed by Arup, Hong Kong in partnership with the Construction Ministry's Nagecco, the complex will total 10 towers to include the following:

  • Athena Building: Two 18-story commercial and office towers
  • Zeus Building: Five-story trade and entertainment center with four 28-story apartment towers above
  • Apollo Building: Single 22-story apartment tower
  • Poseidon Building: Three 22-story apartment towers

This is the first project in the country to be designed as a high-rise with an overhead garden, a popular architectural style in cities like New York and Chicago.

The project is located in District 9, a gateway to Ho Chi Minh City and the future home of the Long Thanh International Airport.

Groundbreaking on this site was September 3, 2007.
