Richland Emerald Tower
Emerald Tower is a 28-story commercial and luxury residential center located in District 6, the heart of the Cho Lon (Grand Market) area. This property will include eight floors of commercial office space and 20 floors of residential apartments.
The architecture was modeled after the gem in which the building is named, featuring punched-out green glass windows to mimic the cut of emeralds.
Groundbreaking for this site was March 17, 2007.
The project is currently under construction and slated to open in 2010.
