Shan is the Southeast Asia Vice Director in the Saigon, Vietnam office. With over 20 years of domestic and international experience, Shan is responsible for all the project controls functions in both the main Saigon office and in the field. His experience also includes project management, finance, contracting, and schedule/cost control for Industrial, Process, Defense, Petrochemical, and Power projects. He is a result oriented professional with strong technical and business skills.
Shan is an avid traveler and has circumnavigated the world four times. His work has taken him too many parts of the United States and the world, allowing him to experience different cultures and make many new acquaintances.
Shan's passport is so full of stamps, that he was once stopped on the border of Brazil and Argentina on suspicion of being a drug dealer. He's looking forward to touring Indo-China while living in Vietnam.
